In speaking with First Responders, Caregivers, Military, and Health Care Workers they showed me that they needed extra attention when buying or selling even though they did not lose a loved one.
Although First Responder needs are different, they too require a specialized plan that meets their unique requirements. I often thought, when First Responders are busy taking care of us, how can I take care of them?
Realizing I wanted to incorporate Compassionate Care into my real estate practice I used my large speaking engagements and coaching sessions as a platform to meet hundreds of people from all walks-of-life.
I appreciated this opportunity to ask all of these people what they truly needed and what I could do to turn their struggle into a smoother journey for their real estate experience and for their personal life in general.
After gathering vast amounts of information, the daunting task began putting it all together. It took me a year of corporate planning, team structuring, training and developing, and countless hours of market research, before I launched my Compassionate Care Real Estate Programs.
