Welcome to

Arcana Homes

Thank you for joining me on my site. I created this safe landing spot for people who are victims and survivors touched by death, tragedy, crime, grief, feeling lost and needing a property to sell.

The average real estate agent receives minimum standard training when they first get licensed to sell a variety of property types such as, Residential, Condos, Acreages, and Commercial. But real estate agents are NOT trained, educated nor do they have experience on how to sell stigmatized homes or deal with clients surviving crisis, death, grief and loss.

To be totally honest with you, after being in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, there is NO “training” for what you are going to learn on my site. My “training” is years of experience and surviving my near-death experience in 2010.

Near-Death Survivor & Real Estate Broker

Since my near death experience, I am NOT a “normal real estate agent”; I am NOT a “normal mom, sister, aunt, or friend”; but I have found my new normal and I love life again.

My survival has forever altered the way I conduct myself in business, relate with my clients, interact with my communities, and my perception about the gift of life.

My recovery didn’t have to be this long or this hard, I just needed to be understood and supported to help me navigate my way back. That is why I created Arcana Homes to help you Find Your way back Home.

Arcana Homes is a specialized real estate listing and sales division under my licensed real estate brokerage located in Edmonton, Alberta called Infinite Realty Service. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner and a near-death survivor, award winning author and top-producing real estate agent.

Arcana Homes is a secret little spot where I can showcase my real estate specialty in dealing with stigmatized properties and victims of crime. It’s a resource of all the real estate services that I offer and share how my experience dealing with grief, death, suicide and crisis can benefit you.

The reason for this information overload is that the real estate industry isn’t prepared to mix real estate with the paranormal, grief, murder and suicide…..but I AM and I think ITS ABOUT TIME!

So whether you have been a victim of crime, tragedy and loss or you are suffering from unspeakable grief, I have created this secret spot just for you. It is filled with wonderful resources to help you heal and find your new normal after experiencing a traumatic event.

Definition: ARCANA it’s an adjective that means “understood by few; mysterious or secret”. The reason I love the name Arcana is because I couldn’t think of a better place to heal in private and question the mysterious where others aren’t judging.

Since I have been in the Canadian real estate industry since April 28, 1997, I am trained and qualified to trade within the Alberta real estate industry in Residential, Rural, Commercial, and Property Management.

I am also able to practice nationally in Canada as I am licensed with the Canadian Real Estate Association. This also affords me the privilege to refer and work with any licensed agent around the Globe. I have a very long reach and ability to connect, so no matter where you live in the world, I can help you!

As the Broker and Owner of Infinite Realty Service I am responsible for the management, oversight, and training of all my agents. Currently we are a team of six agents but steadily growing each month.

I have been very privileged to learn and work alongside many great Realtors and Brokers teaching me invaluable lessons that have helped shape the person I have become today.

Although I have an impressive sales portfolio it is my experience in stigmatized homes and my knowledge in dealing with clients in crisis that I am most proud of. I am passionate to ensure that your grief, fear, sadness or anxiety does not goes unanswered. If you reach out I will help you.

A few of my professional accomplishments include: Century 21 Centurion award winner 2001 and 2002, Commissioner for Oaths, Dispute Resolution Mediator, Past Victim Services Board Member & Advocate, Toastmaster and Past Judicial Clerk.

Resources For

Compassionate Care Real Estate Program

While I was working with terminally ill people and their grieving families, I would often hear from care-givers that their patients and family members were treated with Compassionate Care.

I embraced those words Compassionate Care because, to me, it taught me that I also should be mindful of the care I was giving and it too must be compassionate...

Resources For

Stigmatized Listing Program

When a psychologically traumatizing event occurs within a neighborhood it affects everyone starting with the homeowners; neighbors; the lending institution; the buyers walking through (especially if it was never disclosed); and the subsequent final purchaser.

Based on my experience helping others deal with death and the grieving process, I have carefully created a thoughtful effective plan to sell stigmatized homes...

I look forward to working with you
